Information We Collect and How We Use It
1. Email Address
- When you sign up, you must provide a valid email address.
- This email is used for authentication and account recovery.
- In rare cases, Klavia's support team may also contact you via email to help resolve technical issues.
- Only authorized Klavia support team members can view your email address, and only for account recovery or technical support purposes.
- Klavia does not operate a newsletter at this time, meaning you will not receive promotional emails from us. If we introduce one in the future, you will have the option to opt-in.
2. Website Password
- Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text.
- Even in the unlikely event of a data breach, encrypted passwords cannot be used to access your account.
- You are responsible for choosing a strong and secure password. Klavia is not responsible if an attacker guesses your password and accesses your account.
3. IP Address
- Klavia logs IP addresses to prevent abuse, such as multiple account creation and DDoS attacks.
- In some cases, IP bans may be applied to prevent further abuse.
- We do not use your IP address to track or identify you. However, if required by law, we may be obligated to share your IP address with legal authorities.
Data Retention & Account Deletion
- Klavia does not allow users to delete their accounts. This is to prevent abuse, such as cheaters or banned users creating new accounts under different names. Your account information, including your email and registration IP address, is retained indefinitely to help maintain fair play and security on the platform.
Online Payments
- Payments made through Klavia are processed by third-party services (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment information, but these services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
Cookies & Session Data
- Klavia uses necessary cookies to keep you logged in and ensure website functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. If advertisements are added in the future, you will be informed beforehand.
